Fashion Apparel Development
Appropriate fabrics and materials are selected based on texture, drape, color, and durability. Fabric samples may be requested to assess quality and suitability for the design
We create base patterns from client sketches or specifications. Tests and adjustments are made to achieve the ideal fit and shape of the garment.
Prototypes are developed to test fit, comfort, and functionality in garments, conducting fabric tests, washing trials, and durability tests to ensure quality and longevity.
Final garment details such as pockets, buttons, closures, trims, embroidery or printing, and seam details are defined to create the final samples. These samples are used for catalog photos, trade shows, etc.
Manufacturing of knit fabrics
Fibers such as cotton, polyester, modal, lyocell, among others, are selected. Combining natural fibers like pima cotton with synthetic fibers in yarn production of various thicknesses provides an ideal solution.
We create the fabric by forming loops with the selected yarns, interlacing them to form the desired weave pattern.
Dyeing with high-fastness reactive and dispersal dyes that have GOTS and OEKO-TEX certifications to ensure their quality and sustainability.
We include special finishes such as: silicone finishing, anti-pilling treatment, antimicrobial finishes, water and stain repellency, wrinkle-free finishes, as well as UV protection finishes.

We can include processes like fabric wash, garment dyes, distressing finishes, among others.
Manufacturing of garments
The selected fabrics are cut using specialized machinery and manual cutting to ensure correct shapes and sizes.
We work with uniform and regular stitches, maintaining consistent length and tension, ensuring precise alignment of seams. Each part of the garment receives appropriate stitching. We apply advanced techniques, including invisible and decorative seams, and add reinforcements at critical points. Internal seams are clean and finished, ensuring durable, comfortable, and high-quality garments.
We include embellishments such as lace, patches, embroidery, prints, silicone transfers, among others, which are added to the garment to enhance its visual appeal. The garments undergo a steaming and manual ironing process for final finishing.
Hang tags, barcode stickers, price tags, and any other necessary information are added. Garments are packaged individually or in batches, depending on the destination.
All merchandise undergoes a final audit before exportation, using closed box audits employing AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) tables, which are part of international quality standards to ensure that your products meet your quality expectations.
