What's included
Every program ships with the operational backbone of a vertically integrated factory — and the agility of a partner that treats you like the only client.
Stages of the process
Our Work In Progress control gives detailed follow-up across development, fabric, garment manufacturing, finishing, and export.
Step 1 Controlled stage
Appropriate fabrics and materials are selected based on texture, drape, color, durability, and suitability for the design. Fabric samples may be requested to assess quality before development.
We create base patterns from client sketches, tech packs, or specifications. Tests and adjustments are made to achieve the ideal fit and shape of the garment.
Prototypes are developed to test fit, comfort, and functionality. Fabric tests, washing trials, and durability tests help ensure quality and longevity before production.
Final details such as pockets, buttons, closures, trims, embroidery, printing, and seam finishes are defined. These samples support approvals, catalog photography, and trade shows.

Step 2 Controlled stage
Fibers such as cotton, polyester, modal, and lyocell are selected. Natural fibers such as Pima cotton can be combined with synthetic fibers in yarns of different thicknesses according to performance and final garment use.
We create the fabric by forming loops with the selected yarns and interlacing them according to the required knit structure.
We use high-fastness reactive and disperse dyes with GOTS and OEKO-TEX certified options. Special finishes include silicone, anti-pilling, antimicrobial treatments, water and stain repellency, wrinkle resistance, and UV protection.
When required, we include processes such as fabric washing, garment dyeing, distressing, and other finishes that improve hand feel and final appearance.

Step 3 Controlled stage
Selected fabrics are cut with specialized machinery and controlled manual processes to maintain correct shapes and sizes.
We maintain uniform stitch length and tension, precise seam alignment, appropriate construction for each garment, and reinforcements at critical points. Invisible and decorative seams may be used, while internal seams remain clean and finished for durability and comfort.
Lace, patches, embroidery, prints, silicone transfers, and other approved embellishments enhance the garment's visual appearance. Garments then undergo steaming and manual ironing for final finishing.
Hang tags, barcode stickers, price tags, and other required information are added. Garments are packed individually or in batches according to destination, then undergo a final closed-box audit using AQL tables before export release.
